WalkMe Workstation & Workday

Implementing WalkMe Workstation & Workday meant that on-demand help and training was at employees' fingertips.  The content developed walked employees through processes at any time of day, provided help text for common questions/fields, and allowed HR to maintain its current staffing levels.

The project started out with some needs identified, and user feedback was captured along the way to inform additional content for launch.  This was nimble and delivered in a tight timeline, but the attention to detail and dedication to user testing ensured quality content was delivered with no issues for the users.

I worked with HR, Marketing, Technology, and outside contractors specializing in Workday to implement the solutions via WalkMe.

The WalkMe for Workday implementation launched with 117 pieces of content after 1.5 months of development and 291 hours logged.

The Workstation implementation launched with 142 pieces of content to 387 users after 24 days of development, and 92 hours logged.  Both implementations were delivered on-time and in-budget, with estimated savings of $206,000 for the company.

Analytics captured from user interactions were reviewed monthly to identify trends and inform the next iterations of content development.
